Have you ever lost something you truly cherished?
For me, it was my first iPhone 8 — the one I spent three months saving for while working as a factory intern. I finally bought it, full of excitement and pride, and even planned a New Year’s trip to celebrate. But right before boarding, my brand-new phone disappeared.
That moment stayed with me. I told myself to enjoy the vacation anyway, but honestly — I was heartbroken. I had worked so hard for it, only to lose it so soon.
That experience changed how I see and protect my belongings. Since then, I’ve never owned another new iPhone. But it also inspired something meaningful: the habit of always using a secure phone case and a beautifully designed phone chain. Not only do they keep my phone attached to me — they also reflect my style and brighten my daily life.
It’s been years since that trip, and I haven’t lost a phone since. What felt like a lesson in loss turned into a practice of care and intention. Now, I protect what matters.
